As can be seen from the book of the Geneticist Konstantinos Triantafyllidis(studies by Nei M. and Kontopoulou E.) Greeks from Eastern Macedonia, central Macedonia, Thessaly, Epirus, Attica(southern Greece), Argolis(southern Greece/Peloponessus), Eastern Crete, Greek refugees from Anatolia and Greeks from Chios island(Aegean) plot together and there is not much genetic heterogeneity/differentiation between them.

The Turks genetically are 15%(or even more) Asians, the average Turk is at least 7% a Mongolian, while the Greeks have zero Mongol genes, 0,2%. Mixed(in a small percentage) with ancient Armenoid and Orientalid Anatolians, like Italians are, yes. Mixed with modern Turks, no, never. Greeks and Turks do not cluster genetically.

Near Easterners/Levantines are also mostly Armenoids(in combination with Iranids/Orientalids/Brown Skinned Middle Easterners and Euro-Mediterranean Aegean Mediterranids/East-Mediterraneans). The only Greeks who have some Near Eastern/Levantine influence are Greek Cypriots and Greek Pontians have some Caucasian/Western Asian.
